Lynn Hansen
January 13,1943- November 28, 2025
Born and raised in Bellmore, NY. Lynn was an avid gardener, voracious reader, a DIY who could make a house a home, a lover of dogs and rabbits! Lynn made many sacrifices for others and was a true grit, disarmingly direct person. She came to Westhampton Beach with her husband Ed, who adored her, almost 30 years ago, along with a wonderful father who also was a “steward of the land.” She always expressed how “pretty”the area was and we as a family are grateful to the Kanas Hospice Center for providing a beautiful, serene place where she was able to pass peacefully. She has left a brother and his wife, three sisters and their husbands, nieces, nephews, and many dear friends heartbroken. May she rest well for now. A private celebration of her life will be held at a later date. Donations in Lynn’s memory to the Kanas Hospice Center would be appreciated.
