Thomas Warren Jacobsen

Jacobsen, Thomas Warren , "Tom", 68, of Eastport passed away peacefully surrounded by loving family. He was a 36 year member and ex Chief of the Eastport Fire Department . He was preceded in passing by his mother Diane and father Jake. He is survived by his beloved wife of 42 years Shirley, son Tommy Jacobsen (Lauren), brother James Jacobsen (Melody), sister Sue Johnson, and by his 3 dear grandchildren Kinsley, Kennedy and Carter Jacobsen.  There will be a visitation period held on Sunday March 20, 2022 at the Eastport Firehouse, 21 Union Avenue, Eastport 11941 from 2-4 in the afternoon and 7-9 in the evening. There will be a graveside service 10:30 AM on  Monday March 21, 2022 at the Eastport Cemetery, 22 Tuttle Ave, Eastport 11941. In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations in Tom's name to East End Hospice.
