Mullen, T. David, of Quogue, NY, 92 years old, died on October 21, 2019. .
Served in the US Navy 1945 and 1946. Graduate of the University of Rochester and Cornell Law School. Practiced law in New York City, including a brief period as Law Secretary for the Hon.Edgar J. Nathan, Jr., NY Supreme Court Justice. Left to join Baldwin United Corporation where he served as in-house counsel and Corporate Secretary, and later Vice President-Law. He joined Crazy Eddie, Inc. as General Counsel and was named President to oversee the company’s liquidation. Past Chairman of the Quogue Board of Zoning Appeals, past President of the Quogue Cemetery Association, past President of the Quogue Field Club and Honorary Secretary of National Golf Links of America. Survived by his wife, Joan, children Tom Mullen (Melissa), Tracy Lilly (Jim) and Joanie Smith (Gabe) and eight grandchildren: David, Kate, Thomas, Gibbs, Henry, Max, Hoddy and Cyrus. Also survived by sisters Jean Whelan and Virginia Lewing. Funeral service will be held on Thursday at 1:00 PM at Church of the Immaculate Conception, 580 Main Street, Westhampton Beach, NY. Interment will follow the services at Quogue Cemetery in Quogue, New York.
