Werner Rothwell provided our family with exceptional professional and caring service. My father died in Florida and it was his wish to be buried promptly on Long Island. Robert went the extra mile to make sure that we were able to honor my father's wishes, keeping me informed of developments and responding promptly to questions. He also did an extraordinary job preparing my father for the viewing. Robert’s professional work and demeanor brought great comfort to our entire family, including my mother, at a difficult time. Ken & Robert both assisted with the arrangements for my mom and dads services. The services for my mom occurred in July of 2016 and my dads services took place August 28, 2020. The process was smooth, and my family and I felt supported through a very difficult process. When my dad passed, he was out of state. Ken had assured me that upon my dads passing, notify him, and all will be taken care of. Ken is a man true to his word. He had my dad home to Westhampton in no time. The preparation for the wake and funeral was smooth. The support of Patty on the evening before the wake service was heart warming, something I will never forget and will forever be grateful for. The day of the funeral, Robert was super professional, patient, and made the trip to the church and to cemetery as comforting as one could have hoped for. In a time of heartbreak and shock, the staff of Werner Rothwell funeral homes made everything clear, concise, and most important made my mom and dad a priority! I will forever be grateful for how they prepared my parents for their last journey and how they rolled out the red carpet for my family, friends, and coworkers to pay their respects in a warm and inviting parlor.
